Vines managed under an organic system - making the healthiest wines we can. Our vines are carefully managed under an organic system. Although not certified this ensures we, and our patrons are enjoying the healthiest wines we can make.

Our wines are hand picked, hand made, minimal intervention, with our reds unfined and unfiltered.  No other winery in the world, that I am aware of, has its customers determine the price of wine that they are buying. Our 'Cardinals' set the prices and keep the winemaker honest and ego free while keeping our patrons loyal and engaged as reflected in our philosophical label “Aequitas"

From our home block.  20 years old vines on shallow grey loam over clay and granite.  Dry grown and low yields <2.5 tonne/Ha

How could  you be so close to the Margaret River and not make a great Cabernet - always ripe, lush, and morish.  Ripe fruit and fine tannins.

18-24 months in barrel.  2 years in bottle before release.  Patience reaps reward.

Fume Blanc style. 25% barrel fermented. Partial Malolactic fermentation with 10 months on new and seasoned French oak.
